[DNT] Spell Totem = Tempest Bell #2, you can use two of these if you change Gemcutting Restrictions in "game" menu.
Ice Strike primary damage, giga freeze and stun lock on bosses
Charged Staff buffs and adds some dps, exposure links for debuff works with
Combat Frenzy and
Resonance on skill tree to generate and maintain charges.
Tempest Bell 2-3x Tempest Bells can be used pretty freely long as you have some unset rings, greatly increasing single target damage.
Grim Feast overcaps energy shield making us extremely tanky, can use
Meditate for bosses as substitute on ascendancy.
Ghost Dance provides sustain for energy shield.
Wind Dancer provides evasion and more physical mitigation through
...and Protect me from Harm very good for mitigating big boss physical hits.
Herald of Ice used for clearing can be used with
Polcirkeln to have very strong clear.
Shattering Palm used to teleport to distant mobs and setup for big clear with
Herald of Ice.
Passive Tree
Tree is can have some different mileage if you have extra crit chance on your weapon, the value of crit multi and crit chance nodes increases.
I annointed Acceleration but ES annoints,
Unerring Impact,
Reaching Strike
Doomsayer and
Stormcharged can all be good depending on what you want
How it Plays
Shattering Palm and
Ice Strike mobs,
Herald of Ice explodes mobs.
Tempest Bell on bosses and
Ice Strike to kill tanky stuff.
