Overall Concept
You need to give
Chiz the most field time, to deal massive DPS during her 7 seconds Ultimate window, and stay longer to recharge Ultimate energy again. Then switch her out for Burst DPS allies when all her skill charges are on cooldown.
Hathor will take a bit more field time once in a while to use her Hold version of skill to fill out all her six feathers. So she can use three charges of her skill to deal high DPS and fill her Esper Meter pretty quickly (recommended in first rotation)
Jiuyuan gathers enemies with her skill, and deals burst damage. While Zero is the glue that holds all of the Charged Teams together.
Instant Esper Meter Refill
Zero’s skill grants 100 Cycle Energy upon use. Which fills Zero’s Esper Meter in one go. You have to choose which reaction to trigger, Blossom by switching to Jiuyuan, or Remora by switching to Hathor. Or save the reaction for later and switch to Chiz until another character has her Esper Meter full and a reaction is ready.
The decision depends on how close the Esper Meter of other allies to filling. To ensure the team triggers the other reaction fast enough before the first expires.
- With
Hathor's passive, Remora lasts for 12 seconds - Blossom Buds on the other hand lasts 10 seconds, and hits every two seconds.
- It’s slightly safer to trigger Remora first to not waste Blossom hits.
Natural Esper Meter Refill
The second-best character to refill her Esper Meter is
Hathor, as getting hit by enemies during her hold skill generates both Cycle energy and Ultimate energy at a high rate. So she’s able to build up for Remora reaction faster than Jiuyuan build for Blossom.
Chiz is third, with three charges of skill, and 3 seconds cooldown. On top of staying on field longer to use normal attacks. Her skill has three charges which regain 5, 9, and 13 Cycle energy respectively, for a total of 27% of Esper Meter every 9 seconds. And her normal attack 5x combo regains another 27% So she can trigger a reaction by the start of the second rotation.
Ultimate Energy Gain
The easiest way to regain
Chiz’s Ultimate energy is through having her on-field longer, attacking enemies. Her passive gives 20% energy regeneration efficiency while she's on the field, and the Charged reaction gives bonus Ultimate energy with every Blossom hit on enemies inflicted with Remora.
So after triggering Charged, you can switch to Chiz to have her benefit from the extra energy, and get her Ultimate ready faster.
Scaling Chiz’s Grain Settlement Damage
Chiz can’t cause Crit with her skill normally, but the first “Grain Settlement” (the use of her skill after Ultimate) is a guaranteed Crit. So her three charges go as: Crit, no Crit, no Crit. Both scale with Cosmos DMG and Universal DMG stats. While Crit Rate is useless, and Crit DMG only affects the first hit. So invest heavily in DMG%, followed by Crit DMG and ignore Crit Rate.
The skill adds an instance of bonus damage based on the amount of “Grain” Chiz has when cast, which she gains from using normal attacks, and using her skill after Ultimate while “the market” (the graph over her HP bar) is high.
The DMG to Grain ratio is 1:1, and Grain cap is 24,000 with no Awakening. Grain cap increases to 26,400 with A1, and the DMG to Grain ratio is increased by 15% with A6, for a maximum 30,360 Bonus DMG.
If you are quick, precise, and have somewhat decent RNG, you can hit with skill a 4th time, or even 5th time in extreme cases.
