Knockdown When Powered Up
Like other Guardian monsters, hitting Anjanath’s Wounds will knock him out of its powered up state, rendering its elemental attacks useless and making the fight easier, as if it were exhausted.
Bite
Anjanath can perform quick bites in succession when standing in front of him. Dodge in any direction to avoid it.
Dragging Bite
Anjanath roars as it moves sideways to prepare a horizontal draggin attack, which also covers the land with Wylk crystals that can explode on contact with other attacks.
Headbutt
Anjanath performs a head butt forward. Dodge sideways to avoid getting hit.
Body Check
Anjanath can walk forward and thrust its body at the player. Dodge backward to avoid this attack
Tail Slam
Anjanath slams its tail two times. This attack can be difficult to dodge through, so it’s safer to dodge out of its reach.
Stomp
Anjanath roars as it stomps the ground directly beneath it, which explodes after a brief delay. This attack deals huge damage, so dodge out of its reach when you see it coming.
Dive
Anjanath’s mouth glows as it dives forward, making the ground explode on contact. This attack creates a temporary wound on its head afterward. Dodge sideways, avoiding the point of contact with the ground to avoid the explosion as well.
Double Charge
Anjanath roars before performing two consecutive charges with its mouth on the ground. The second charge is quicker and covers more ground, so run away to dodge it.
Thunder Ball
Anjanath spits a big thunder ball that explodes on contact with the ground, dealing damage and causing
Thunderblight.
