RawBUILD BREAKDOWN
This build utilises the 
Tiltkreise 
Dragon Artian Dual Blades and Wyvern Lovers 
Fire Dual Blades. Attack is the preferred roll and handicraft can be nice to have but not mandatory, provided you take into consideration sharpness management.
DECORATIONS (from highest to lowest (right to left) for high DPS)
Note: Push as high as you can but if you want some QoL choices such as more sharpness protection or perhaps more affinity. Crit Boost 3 also works fine!
PRIORITY
- Dual Blades:
Critical Jewel III > Dragon/Handicraft Jwl or Dragon/Crit Elem Jwl > Mastery Jewel (see below for sharpness considerations which should also be factored into DPS!)
SHARPNESS:
There is a lot of merit in taking sharpness enhancing decorations if you land an Dual Blade without any on the weapon. Mastery Jewel is a great option and there is also room to consider Sharp Jewel III to protect our white sharpness if you're wanting to draw out a little more prolonged slicey slicey!
I made this guide with an Dual Blade that landed 4 points of attack and no sharpness so I can confirm that this is incredibly important!
OPTIONS:
2-Piece Rathalos:
Rathalos Helm β & 
Rathalos Vambraces β for 
Rathalos's Flare - This is great in tandem with the Wyvern Lovers for that increased chance for more Fire damage! It also gives us 2 level 1 sockets so we can socket 2x 
Marathon Runner which is incredibly useful!
You can also use G. Arkveld Vambraces β for 3x level 1 sockets for 3x Marathon Runner!
