DragonBUILD BREAKDOWN
This build utilises a combination of the 
Skyscraper (Artian 
Paralysis) and Fieberschild 
Dragon Lance. Attack is the preferred roll and handicraft can be nice to have but not mandatory. If you are progressing, the Lala Aviculari is an excellent lance to utilise until you get the aforementioned options.
DECORATIONS (from highest to lowest (right to left) for high DPS)
Note: Push 
Critical Boost as high as you can but if you want some QoL choices such as more 
Guard Up or perhaps more affinity Critical Eye. Crit Boost 3 also works fine!
PRIORITY
- Lance: Critical Boost >
Offensive Guard > Guard Up It is potentially also a good idea to utilise 
Dragon Attack if you want to forgo even more defences for further DPS increases when building around Fieberschild.
NOTE ON Critical Element:
There is not clear information as of yet whether Critical Element is working correctly. As this comes as an innate level 3 on Fieberschild, this is not something we need to worry about per se but it is good to be aware of this when build crafting!
I am considering whether Dragon Attack and Critical Boost hybrid setups is actually a preferable way to go on this lance!
This Build will give ~95% to 100% affinity based on your artian roll. You will get affinity from Weakness Exploit (20%), 
Antivirus (10%), Maximum Might(30%), and 
Black Eclipse I (15%) with an additional Agitator (10%). This is more than enough affinity and actually leaves us with the headroom. I will the guide as I tweak the build!
WHY Fulgur Anjanath's Will?
This 2 piece bonus gives us an additional stamina bar which, when combined with 
Stamina Surge and Constitution, essentially gives us an almost permanent Maximum Might buff! This really adds up through out a fight!
WHY USE 2 LANCES?
Setting up with both Fieberschild & Paralysis Skyscraper allows us to have 2 HIGH DPS options that fulfil slightly different rolls. Skyscraper makes us much more useful to a group hunt, providing CC and continuing to deal tons of damage!
Fieberschild is savage and makes hunting wyverns weak to Dragon (which is most of the end-game desirable monsters) much more straight forward!
