Build Overview

A Destroyer build focused on up close combat. Utilizing close range weapons such as the Bully SMG, the WSTR Combat Shotgun, & most importantly your melee attacks. This build gives you the ability to close the gap against enemy AI & players quickly. They won't even see you coming.

Note that it does require quite a bit of Faction progression before it comes together (see our Priority section below).

  • Great for Team play to be the first one in clearing rooms & combat

  • Not great at dealing with multiple targets at once
  • Must be good at managing Heat Buildup

How It Works

Utilize your thrusters to close the gap between enemy players & enemy AI. With the Myrmidon Core you will be granted temporary increased melee damage after using your thruster so this is perfect for getting close & personal with enemies. The Ankle Breaker Core is a great paring for this build as you generate less heat while a hostile is nearby. Of course you'll have your WSTR Combat Shotgun & the Bully SMG incase you need to engage in close to midrange combat.

Faction Priority

Cyberacme skills to acquire

- Heat Sink for more movement actions before overheating.

- Quick Vent for your heat recover to begin more quickly after actions that generate heat.

- Active Cool for generated heat recovering more quickly.

Arachne skills to acquire

- Hard Strike for Greater damage with Melee & Knife attacks

- Cutthroat for Finisher Siphon to increase the amount your shields recharge after you perform a finisher on a downed Runner.

- Heat Death for reducing your Heat buildup when you eliminate a hostile.
