Character Profile

Alyosha is a 4 star Electro Support and healer focused buffing Stellar-Conduct on-fielders. He applies marks on enemies that, when activated, buff the currently active character's ATK and Stellar-Conduct DMG. These buffs have a very long duration and will comfortably last over the entire duration, but their value is quite low without Alyosha's Constellation 6 Standard Reclaimed. This Constellation doubles his ATK and SC DMG buffs while also providing a decent Elemental Mastery buff to the same currently active character.

Alyosha is very reliant on his C6 to be a worthwhile option, and can be subpar even with it. He is never outright BiS for any Stellar-Conduct on-fielder, although he is one of the best healing options at C6. His healing is also only for the active character, but similarly has very high uptime. He is technically able to forego his healing by not using his Elemental Burst at all in order to be played with Wriothesley, but this is rarely worth it. Doing this would significantly reduce his buff uptime and also remove his Elemental application, resulting in fewer Polestar Field stacks for the time.

'Premium' Stellar-Conduct teams are not hypercarry teams. Their damage distribution results in the on-fielder barely doing a majority of the team's damage, which means Alyosha is not buffing a very large portion of the team, so despite his buffs at C6 being very high value, he will rarely be outright better than other strong options.

Energy Recharge Requirements: 180 - 250%

Getting Alyosha's Burst up comfortably and quickly should always be your highest priority when using him. While lower Energy bounds are viable in content like Spiral Abyss, you will likely require Energy around the higher bounds in Stygian Onslaught in order to get it up on the first rotation.

Alyosha's personal damage is quite underwhelming, but higher Crit Rate will let him proc Favonius more consistently. His healing scales on his ATK, so if you need more of it, opt for more ATK%. An ATK% Goblet instead of an Electro DMG one is very usable.

Best Teams

Stellar-Conduct

Stellar-Conduct Carry - Odette - Yae Miko- Alyosha

  • Stellar-Conduct on-fielders include Sandrone, Cyno and Traveler (Cryo). Alyosha's Burst is on an 18 second cooldown, which conflicts with the short rotations of the Cryo Traveler, making them the least attractive option. The other two will work just fine, as their rotations naturally will run for longer.
  • Replacements for Odette and Yae Miko include Qiqi, Escoffier for the Cryos, Sucrose, any other Stellar support like C6 Beidou or C6 Diona, but also Nicole and Xilonen.

Without his C6, Alyosha himself will be worse than any of the above options as a 4th slot, With it he's competitive with Qiqi, sometimes better and sometimes worse than her. Escoffier and Sucrose will likely be better than him purely in terms of DPS, but will require the team to be sustainless in order to do so. Escoffier can use her Burst once in a while without losing out on a lot of DPS, but using it consistently will make her considerably less strong.

Example Rotation

  1. Yae Miko Skill x3
    →
  2. Odette Skill + Enhanced Skill
    →
  3. Alyosha Skill + Burst
    →
  4. Sandrone CA + Skill + Burst + [CA + Skill] x2

Using Alyosha immediately before Sandrone is done so Sandrone is able to catch his Favonius Particles. If you're not using Favonius, and particularly if you're using Symphonist of Scents, use him at the start of the rotation.

Best Weapons

BiS Option: Symphonist of Scents

Escoffier's Signature and comfortably his best option due to the strong buffs it provides to the on-fielder. He will also provide its buff to other characters for a short time, which is enough to give it to, for example, Odette's big Enhanced Skill hit. It doesn't provide him or the team with any additional Energy, so make sure to make up for that with additional substats if necessary.

Best Energy option: Favonius Lance

Favonius Weapons are always the premier Energy options for Energy hungry characters and teams. The most useful passive both for characters like Sandrone but also for Alyosha being able to quickly get his Burst up and running in Stygian Onslaught.

Energy Alternatives: Tamayuratei no Ohanashi, "The Catch", Kitain Cross Spear

All of these are generally worse than Favonius Lance in mostly every situation, but if you happen to not have one at all or it is otherwise occupied, they will do the trick.

Best Artifacts & Stats

Generally BiS: Noblesse Oblige

The only set Alyosha can always use regardless of team or setup. Its uptime can be dubious and the Burst DMG% is hardly useful, but it will do the job. Generally, there aren't other users of this set in the teams Alyosha finds himself in, so there will be no overlap issues.

Niche BiS: Heart of the Furnace

Alyosha would be a great user of this if he was able to proc it reliably, and unfortunately he can't unless he's the only Electro unit in the team. With 2 Electro units in the team, it is difficult for him to consistently trigger Stellar-Conduct Reactions. Doing so requires the enemy to be affected by Cryo as Alyosha hits them, leading to inconsistent uptime. If able to trigger it consistently, using this on Alyosha and either Disenchantment in Deep Shadow on both Sub-DPS units or another support set like Tenacity of the Millelith will be a decent DPS gain.

Talent Priority

  1. Elemental Skill
    >>>>
  2. Elemental Burst

Alyosha's Normal Attack talent levels are entirely useless. There are very few situations where he would use them at all, and it would not be for damage.

His Elemental Skill talent contains his ATK% buff, but not his Stellar-Conduct DMG Bonus buff or C6 EM buff. It is still worth leveling just for that, and arguably his only talent worth doing so. His Burst talent levels provide little besides a bit of additional damage.

Constellations

C1Frostvale Thunderclap
C2Howl From Afar
C3Friendly Call
C4Harvest the Spoils
C5When the Nightbird Falls Silent
C6Standard Reclaimed

Overview

As a 4 star, Alyosha's Constellations cannot be targeted and acquired with consistency. Alyosha has several important Constellations that make him significantly stronger. His C1 eases his Energy Requirements by quite a bit, his C2 lets him provide more Polestar Field stacks and maintain permanent uptime on his buffs, and his C6 is the only real crutch he has to become a noteworthy option.

Constellation Details

C1: 15 Energy per rotation makes his Burst have an effective cost of 55, which is far more manageable. Particularly good if Alyosha is the only Electro unit in the team.

C2: Extending his Burst duration to a total of 20 seconds makes it have near permanent uptime in many of Alyosha's teams, leading to a higher average of Polestar Field stacks for the team. The more important part is the second one. Without this Constellation, Alyosha's buffs will otherwise take a short while to kick in every rotation and run out at the tail-end of the rotation, as the Hunter's Mark will be removed when Turgarin hits an enemy. With this, the buff will keep refreshing itself.

C3: Increased Elemental Skill talent levels means a higher ATK% buff to the on-fielder, though the actual increase is quite small. 3.8 more ATK% at TL13 as opposed to TL10, though this is doubled to 7.6% with C6. It's fine.

C4: More healing. It's fine.

C5: Burst talent levels only increase Alyosha's personal DPS. Negligible.

C6: A massive C6 that more than doubles Alyosha's buffs. Without it, Alyosha is a bad option for the archetype he's meant to be played in. Note that the 100 EM also follows the active character like the rest of his buffs.

Release Date

Alyosha will be officially released as a playable character in Genshin Impact on August 12, 2026, during the Version 7.0 update.
