For the operation of any machines/structures needing Cooling in Palworld, you'll need the help of a Pal that has Cooling as one of their traits. Here is an overview of the best Pals for this job.

Each Work Suitability has an associated Handbook that can be given to a Pal to increase the relevant stat. Cooling's Handbook, called Applied Cooling Handbook, means that any Pal in the game can achieve Cooling Level 10.
