The Old Portrait is unlocked in Chapter Seven of the Revenant’s Remembrance Quests. In order to unlock the relic, players must enter the Realm of Remembrance, speak with the Recluse upon her bench, and enter the Revenant’s memories once again. After exploring and interacting with a bloodstain, players will find themselves in a boss fight with Contaminant. Defeating the boss and resolving matters with the Recluse will allow players to leave the Realm of Remembrance and claim the Old Portrait, in addition to Revenant’s Remembrance skin.
