The Golden Hippopotamus from Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree returns as a field boss in Nightreign. Found in swamps, this huge beast uses its mouth to maul at players and can also dash and jump around. When its HP is dropped to 50%, it grows spikes and can call Crucible incantations to dish out deadly spikes in all directions.
