This build uses 
Hell Fracture which has pretty decent damage scaling, large AoE clear potential, and looks sick as hell. Game isn't out yet so this is purely speculative, keep that in mind.

Legendaries are quite rare now, literally just use anything that seems good. For stats I'd priortiize Movement Speed > Demonology Damage/Abyss Damage/Generic Damage > Attack Speed > Willpower > Life > Armor/Resist > Life on Hit > CDR
I have no idea what the tempers are and if we'll even ahve access to them throughout leveling, but I imagine you just go for skill specific damage, demonology damage, abyss damage etc, maybe Hell Fracture size as a utility temper, resist/life/armor as defensive temper
Runes: 
Cir 
Ceh Gar Cem Qua are all good, use them interchangeably.
