Its single-target damage becomes significantly stronger with Omnibolt Lightning Storm, the level 15 upgrade that merges all lightning strikes into a single powerful hit. Because of this, the build scales heavily by gaining additional lightning strikes to further amplify Omnibolt’s damage multiplier.
