BarbarianThis is a very strong build that utilizes the 
Whirlwind skill to produce Dust Devils which are the main damage dealers in the build paired with great overall survivability. Also, this build is one of the fastest overall speed farmers for all content in the game and is able to farm T12 with speed and ease for gold and materials, keys, mythics, etc etc. This build also cuts through Tormented bosses and Lilith like butter making this an absolute powerhouse Barbarian build in Season 14

Technique
The Rotation is very simple just constantly use Whirlwind as our main DPS output, and cast all your shouts whenever they are off of cooldown, also use

While this is a no mythic build, would you add them as they drop e.g. The Furnace 2-hand weapon or are the aspects you can have with Legendary items generally better for build?

Why use battle mad aspect? As whirlwind is the only dmg dealing skill we aren't going to be swapping weapons so surely it will never proc?
