S14 - Storm Shred Werewolf - Leveling Build

Coming into Season 14, we have seen a bunch of buffs to storm and wolf skills, including a giant buff to the Berú of the Storm Shepherd tier set. Making this easily one of the fastest and best leveling builds.
This build combines werewolf skills with the now buffed storm skills, to give us powerful and fast leveling speed, great bossing ability, and most of all its so much FUN.

Berú of the Storm Shepherd Talisman Set

• 2-Piece Set Bonus: Damage increased from 40% to 60%.
• 5-Piece Set Bonus: Double/triple cast damage increased from 100%/300% to 500%.

Fang and Claw Glyph

• Damage increased from 12% to 15%[x].

Scythe Talons Glyph:

• Critical Strike chance increased from 5%[+] to 10%[+].

Endgame is a WIP: will update as we get through the season

How does it play:

• Pop your ultimate Cataclysm and Hurricane making a ton of storm skills circle you.
• Hop in with Shred to just melt everything.
• Use Wolves for additional damage on cooldown.
• Use Blood Howl to regen a ton of spirit if it goes low.

Why use Shred in a storm build?

Firstly Shred gives us a rediculous amout of mobility, letting us dash from pack to pack super fast. and thanks to Storm Shred, this is also a storm skill, so gains all the buffs we get from buffing storm abilities.
