This variant is designed to get you started towards getting to T4 Content straight from Levelling.

For this build to function it is Mandatory to have the Aspect of Deflection but there the Damage Roll does not matter here.

You will ideally have a Sunstained War-Crozier by this point which makes the build functional.

This build is also elevated by the Xan Rune because this allows your Razor Wings projectiles to gain access to Critical Damage and Overpower Damage for free.

Everything else is Optional but very nice to have.

Subo (Primary)

We take Subo as our Primary for the Map Hack and Critical Strike Damage from Opening Fire.

Aldkin (Secondary)

We take Aldkin as our Secondary for the 40% Slow Movement and 20% Damage Reduction on affected enemies.

How it Plays

The main focus here is to apply attacks as Fast as Possible so that the Aspect of Deflection will activate causing all Razor Wings Instances to Reflect whilst Counterattack is Active and the idea is to have this at 100% Uptime.

Critical Damage is accessed through Enhanced Soar by Pulling In Enemies via The Protector and Soar + Vortex.

We unlock Overpower Damage through the use of the Xan Rune by keeping it as Active as much as we can.

The Sunstained War-Crozier scales our Potency Damage in a big way by spamming our Focus Skills so be sure to use Soar liberally to keep these Stacks Active.

The following steps are the recommended Build Rotation for skill usage:

Cast Soar to build Sunstained War-Crozier Potency Damage stacks.
Cast Armored Hide for 100% Block Chance.
Cast Counterattack for 100% Dodge Chance and to Deflect Razor Wings.
Cast Scourge for up to 50% Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies.
Cast The Protector for Barrier Generation, Unstoppable and Damage.
Cast Razor Wings liberally around the other skills.

How it Works

Build Overview

This Razor Wings Spiritborn focuses on optimising the damage from the Sunstained War-Crozierin combination with the Aspect of Deflection, Aspect of Fleet Wings and Endless Talons Aspect whilst staying tanky enough to beat all End Game Content. It does this through the following:

The Sunstained War-Crozier allows Huge Damage for Razor Wings.
Deflect All Razor Wings when Counterattack is Active via the Aspect of Deflection.
Make Razor Wings additionally an Incarnate Skill via Aspect of Fleet Wings.
Become Permanently Unhindered via Aspect of Fleet Wings.
Convert All Skills to Gorilla via the Gorilla Primary Spirit Hall and Harmony of Ebewaka.
Counterattack for 100% Dodge Chance in combat.
100% Block Chance using Armored Hide.
Scourge for Crowd Control and up to 50% Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies.
Scourge for Resource Regeneration.
The Protector for incredible Utility including the Pull In from the Hesha e Kesungi.
Maxing Attack Speed through Aspects, Equipment, Paragon and Ferocity.
Barrier for extreme tankiness.

Extra Details

This build went to ~Pit 105+ in the Season 12 PTR with Decent Equipment, Max Glyphs and Decent Blooded Affixes but had some room for improvement so should go a little higher.

With the correct gear this build this will easily beat all the Hardest Content In The Game without issue and is an extremely good Hardcore Build due to having access to a lot of Maximum Life and Permanent Barrier Uptime.

How Do You Critical Strike On This Build?

You rely on the immense amount of Pull In on this build via Hesha e Kesungi and Vortex to drag enemies into the Area of Effect of your Soar which is increased in size via Tempering Soar Size on a Legendary Pants.

When Enhanced Soar hits an enemy it makes your next attack Critical Strike so your Razor Wings will be granted access too Critical Strikes.

This combined with the Xan Rune gives us a decent uptime on Critical Strikes.

In Season 12 we can utilise the Bloodied Affix that grants us Critical Strike Chance per Skill Streak Tier to cap our Critical Chance at 100% permanently in combat giving us access to more damage than ever before.

Why Do You Use The Xan Rune?

You use the Xan Rune to allow all your Razor Wings Attacks to Critical Strike and Overpower without having to invest into it in other places.

This frees up space to invest in other areas such as Cooldown Reduction which are pivotal to this build.

How Much Attack Speed Do I Need?

Aim for 100% Attack Speed on Equipment, Aspects, Paragon, Mercenaries and Elixirs.

You can only attain Attack Speed in Attack Speed Bucket 2 via Ferocity and Adaptive Stances if using a Jaguar Skill so we prioritise Ferocity since we are using a Gorilla Skill.

We achieve this by stacking Ferocity through the use of the Jaguar Secondary Spirit Hall.
