Build Overview

Hi there, this is my Ice Spikes build that actually has some decent amount of freedom when it comes to how to build it. This build creates a lot of exploding cold damage, good single target damage and decent area coverage. This is a nice switch-up to the lightning builds that have dominated over the last few seasons, and the latest Firewall domination.

This build is absolutely Hardcore friendly, as you have to make a serious mistake to perish, since your Barrier will be up at all times.

Blizzard: Hailstorm will be your main damage skill, it creates Ice Spikes and seeks enemies.

Arc Lash will just be used for Ferocity and maintaining mana.

Hydra: Frigid Hydra will help with cooldown reduction, make sure to keep one active at all times.

Teleport for movement

Ice Armor will provide Barrier, Armor and Unstoppable

Hey people, just wanted to say that removing ice armor and replacing it with ice shards in enchantment effect. Is a lot more effective. Give it a go. I choose barrier and piercing leaving the first prong unchosen.

Hi @hellomischa Just a point you might want to look into, helmet gems are not what description says when in Leorics crown. Each one is a jewellery slot therefor not what you have them showing as. I presume this is a Mobalytics DB issue?

In the video she puts diamonds in them for resistance because there's no need for more splinters

you can opt to put the splinters in your leorics, instead of gems. i did gems for more survivability because i play on hardcore :)
