Build Overview

Hit level 38 asap, get Static Field Blizzard, Wreck everything. The 38-70 setup is chalked full of overpower generation to give you basically infinite Blaze Teleport resets for speed leveling. I do a lot of Kurast Undercity war plans and just run to the end. Completing a war plan gives a lot of XP.

Craft Stealth by combining a Common white chest armor into the Cube with Tal & Eth

Note: It can no longer get the teleport enchant unique power. That was a bug :( If you have one with TP enchant on it, repairing your gear removes it. Perhaps Indestructible transfig?

You put Arc Lash's Stun at lvl 3, but that path doesn't open till lvl 9. Am I missing something? I'm a brand new player.

Would Starless Skies work in this build in place of the familiar for resource cost? Both of our rings are very good so idk which I would replace. Maybe GA? Having to use Familiar can interrupt the flow of Blizzards in some situations. Sorry if this is a dumb idea, I don't know which multipliers are better for the math in the equations so idk if this is a bad idea or not lol.

alt choice idea for gloves, Elemental Constellation, since we meet the req. of even # skills 2 frost 2 pyro 2 shock, if maxed this give 60% global dmg vs 45% to shock.

yeah i don't include that because I personally swap my skill bar around a lot and want others to have the freedom to do so. So I would take Conceited Aspect. Storm Splitter's Aspect is also 1.66x damage so it wins

The earlier variants don't have a board because you don't have a board at that point. check the later variants

you may have an issue proccing Static Surge on single target. It happens. Consider dropping Hydra enchant for Chain Lightning: Power Flux enchant

Can someone explain like I'm five - why sink points into Frost Nova if it is not assigned to the skill bar or enchantment slot?

In case you begin to have mana problems you can swap one of your enchantments to it,you also get its enchantment. depending on lucky hit chance, your frost nova will proc itself if you dont equip it.
