Static Field Blizzard, Wreck everything. The 38-70 setup is chalked full of overpower generation to give you basically infinite 
Blaze Teleport resets for speed leveling. I do a lot of Kurast Undercity war plans and just run to the end. Completing a war plan gives a lot of XP.

forgive the potentially dumb question but why are we wanting to roll crit dmg % multiplyer on galvanic if we are using the gem that reduces crit by 100%?

so its me again, I was looking over some loot items and Enigma and Helfire torch stood out to me. im curious if you got lucky enough, could you get equip those two and the turn raiment of the sea into a seal and still be usable? or is the plus points to blizzard that good?

so i am having some troubles with resource management with the build at times ill just have no mana but then others its fine? please advise? Im having issues getting Talrashas loop for my seal (got extra stupid lucky getting a mythic one with both being Kains wild bolt.) and dont have an ancestral neck getting really unlucky with rolls.
im around paragon 130 if that helps.
currently afk while writing this.

Mhm ... at this point u should not have so much mana issues. with 
Static Surge , even if u dropt 
Prodigy's Aspect alrdy u still should be fine . even the prime power gives u res with 
Flush of Bile.
run over ure gear, with paragon 130 still in transistion, u mby reroll an item with mana on hit . moest of ure dmg comes form weapon and rushing legi notes on para bord
