No Mythics: Rox Omnium (Spark/Frostbolt)

Extremely easy to gear for as this build requires ZERO MYTHIC UNIQUES!

This build uses the Vox Omnium + Paingorger Gauntlets combo to completely delete everything on screen. Using the new seasonal power, Unstable Power, this build gets 100% crit chance, overpower, and 100%x with 0 downsides. Because we are not technically casting the basic skill, we are able to get around the basic attack cooldown penalty this power has. In combination with Mana shield, we are borderline immortal, and get an insane damage multiplier from Aspect of Adaptability due to the large mana pool.

Spark Variant: easy to play, requires no skill rotation, has teleport enchant
Frost Bolt Variant: stronger, has a required skill rotation, no teleport enchant

Spark Variant

• Cast Ball lightning nonstop to proc Spark from Vox Omnium
• Cast Unstable Currents off cooldown
• Manually cast spark once every 4 seconds to maintain the buff from Explosive Combinations
• Use teleport as needed for damage reduction/mobility
• Drink health potion off cooldown, as this procs Crazy Brew & will enable the Imbiber glyph

Frost Bolt Variant

• Press Fireball once at start of dungeon to trigger Tal'Rasha's pyro element
• Try to cast Teleport/Unstable Currents together (this will trigger Sparks from Vox...we don't want Sparks)
• Cast Ice Blades/Frost Bolt immediately after casting the two Shock spells (this will trigger Frost Bolts from Vox)
• Cast Fireball only to execute enemies from now on (this will not trigger FIrebolts from Vox)
• Make sure to cast Frost Bolt once every 4 seconds to maintain the buff from Explosive Combinations
  Remember: every time either Teleport or Unstable Currents is cast, you will need to cast one Frost spell after to change the Vox projectiles back to Frost Bolt. Otherwise they will be shooting Sparks instead!

Once you have acquired all the seasonal powers, the only real requirement to swap to this build is Vox Omnium and Paingorgers. Using regular Vox staff and gloves you can easily clear torment 4, but will see a huge spike once you get Vox as a chaos unique and are able to use Shard of Verathiel.

Spark will generate a ton of mana, making you extremely tanky with mana shield.

Because we only run lightning spells on the Spark variant, you won't have to worry about Vox's mechanic with which element/basic attack is used. The Frost Bolt variant is slightly more complicated in terms of rotation, but easy to get the hang of.

Once Paragon Board is completed on either version, put all remaining points into Intelligence.
