Build Overview

Mixed between the Judicator Oath and Arbiter of Justice form, this Judgement based build is destroying high pits with monstruous damages. Built around the Seal of the Second Trumpet and Aspect of Celestial Strife, mobs elites and boss burn like paper.

This endgame build is highly gear dependant if you want to clear very high pit i.e above 130. It requires all the gear to function properly. To farm the gear, I'd recommend you to use Hammer build which is the fastest!

This build focuses entirely on reaching the highest pit levels. Not recommended for any other purpose.

Disclaimer: The Top clear you see on the leaderboard usually have insane sanctification. For example The Grandfather will give you double damage, Ring of Starless Skies another 50% damage and Harlequin Crest toughness and cooldown.

This variant uses the Blessed Hammer to proc a lot more Judgements

Skill Rotation

Press Arbiter of Justice as soon as possible to have perma uptime on it.
Press Fanaticism Aura to make mobs "Weaken", which make them deal less damage and take much more. Defiance Aura is to be pressed whenever you need unstoppable effect.
Spam Spear of the Heavens as the more spear are in the ground, the more Judgement you'll proc.
Press Consecration to weaken enemies in a big zone and boost your dmg/sustain
Spam Blessed Hammer to proc lots of Judgement instantly, making your spear spammable a lot quicker.
Don't forget to move a bit every 1-2 seconds to proc Relentless

Use Yul Lac to complete the missing toughness you might find playing this variantif needed.
Critical Strike Chance and Cooldown Reduction :
We need to be as near as possible to 100% Crit Chance, while having >58-60% CDR in city to spam as much as we can our skills will greatly improve our DPS. Relentless will increase your CDR (can check outside the down while moving).
Break the Line and Fanaticism Aura help building our Crit chance to 100%.

You have to stack Aspect of Ascension by using Arbiter of Justice before it runs out.

Attack Speed is also important if you are Critical Strike Chance and CDR capped. It allows you to spam your Spear of the Heavens faster and buffs Preacher

Sanctification

Sanctification lets you imbue your item with the power of the High Heavens. When you Sanctify an item, it can:

Add a random Legendary power
Upgrade an Affix into a Greater Affix
Add a special Sanctification Affix
Replace one of your Affixes with a Sanctification Affix (only Legendary items)
Add bonus Quality (5-25)

Masterworking

Masterworking (MW) upgrades the quality of an item. Each MW rank increases the base stats and all affixes by 1%, up to 25% at rank 25. Fully Masterworking an item gives an extra 50% upgrade to a random affix, which can even be a Tempering Affix.

Use the Masterworking menu at the Blacksmith. You can reset the final Masterwork, so feel free to reroll it until you hit one of the recommended stats for the extra 50% bonus.

Leveling Path

If your Arbiter of Justice stay longer than his Cooldown, you can take points here to get more dmg from Dizzying Blow. Duration > Cooldown is the most important thing to respect. You can check that by going outside the city and moving around to proc Relentless.

You can replace Resplendence with Canny for more damage but you will need a lot of CDR to be able to keep Arbiter of Justice.

The priority is to unlock all the Legendary Nodes first, then unlock your Glyphs and their requirements. After that, spend the remaining points based on what you prefer. Nodes around the Glyph usually give more damage, while Max Life nodes are the best for toughness. Other Rare nodes can offer a bit of extra damage or toughness. The last points generally go into main stats.

Glyph leveling priority isn’t too strict:

Level all your Glyphs to 15 first, one by one.
Then take each Glyph to 46, one by one.
Once they’re all 46, level them evenly to 100, the order doesn’t matter too much.
