Build Overview

Hydra is looking to be Sorcerers overall best build in Season 9, both for leveling and for endgame. This build is designed to function extremely well right out the gate, without relying on any gear, and will set you up for easy success throughout the entire game. However, once we get the very powerful Ophidian Iris unique our Hydras will start to do some absolutely insane damage, especially paired with the Serpentine Aspect

Not only is this the best Sorcerer build in the game, it's brand new, very straight forward and a ton of fun!

If you cant find Aspect of Elemental Constellation feel free to put the Serpentine Aspect on your 2handed weapon, but make sure you are frequently replacing your weapon to maximize the DPS value of it. Otherwise just ignore the aspect on your weapon and slam it on the amulet.

Enchantments

Feel free to swap out Ice Armor for Flame Shield if you prefer. You can also use the Teleport Enchant instead of the Familiar if you get boots with Attacks Reduce Evade CD. Hydra Enchant is also a decent option but honestly the enchants are pretty weak early game. Fireball is simply just for faster clear.
