UPDATE! - I am playing this right now and the guide here will "work" and do well in Torment 8-9 (I killed Lilith very easily with it) but this is FAR from the best way to play it. I'm still working on tweaking it just right before I update the guide fully. Stay tuned

This is a preliminary Theoretic Guide to Season 14. It will be bare-bones and have the necessary things on it to give a rough sketch of the build direction. As the season progresses, this guide will be updated with practical gameplay.
