The Penetrating Shot Rogue Endgame Build Guide teaches you about Gear, Skills, Paragon, Playstyle & Seasonal Mechanics in Diablo 4.

Penetrating Shot fires a piercing arrow that deals damage to monsters in a line. With Eaglehorn, the arrow can bounce off walls and turn Penshot into a true Area of Effect ability! Combined Poison Imbuement and Shadow Clone, it gains even more power and elemental synergies.

Remember to skill Penetrating Shot: Ballista and equip Rustbitten Dirk.

Ferocious Aspect and Scoundrel's Kiss increase the base damage of Penetrating Shot through Penetrating Shot: Ferocity. This leads to higher Poison Imbuement ticks. This is inconsistent with how Poison Imbuement usually scales and likely a bug.

Rotation:

Dash into packs and gain Stealth and Ferocity.
Dark Shroud is for defensive buffs, Dodge Chance and Movement Speed.
Concealment provides Fortify and Unstoppable with Recuperate Concealment.
- Breaking Stealth activates Berú of the Sightless.
Activate Poison Imbuement to apply massive Damage over Time when shooting Ballista Penetrating Shot.
Use Shadow Clone for Vulnerable Application and to activate Aspect of Imitated Imbuement.
Spam Penetrating Shot at your enemies.
Preparation allows you to cast Shadow Clone very frequently to keep up Vulnerable.

That burning damage from blood-mad idol is killing me though, how to compensate for this? I can heal from concealment but it's not enough. I got great resistances from stone of jordan and huge hp. Blood-mad idol seems to be giving most of the damage but I die instantly coz my hp is always draining.

I looted an annihilus and replaced my seal of diamond mind. Have hellfire torch - sightless equipped with scoundrel kiSs and the 5set sightless. I think it’s better Than current charm setup? Correct me if I’m wrong. The +10 all skills and +3 ultimate skills on annihilus (sightless) is great I think. Hopefully.

Maybe I am missing something but the offense is based around poison damage. The only source of poison damage I see is 6 seconds with Poison Imbuement. That has a 20 second cooldown but I see nothing that reduces that cooldown.

Hi, why do we use healing potions runes? We are not using the spellbound steel charms so we don't have the automatic healing pots.

I can't explain it, but something about this build works/does much more damage when close to the target. Like t10 mephisto was broken in all 3 phases with close range in under a minute. T12 baal/diablo/OG Mephisto also took much more damage close up. IDK why
