This is the strongest Paladin build! Judgement is a Holy damage explosion that comes from the Judicator Oath and chains like crazy with Judgement Day! This build has cascading screen clearing AoE and insane DPS!

  • The Affix on your ring "Chance to Make Enemies Vulnerable is very important.
  • Aspect of Holy Punishment can be used in place of Aspect of Ascension if you want immediate damage for bossing or other content where you might change areas often.
  • Imbiber can be used with Potion Capacity on Pants to get 50%[x] more damage out of the build. But this playstyle is tedious to do manually, so it's not my recommended default despite being BiS.
  • 4 damaging passives from the Skill Tree are ideal on the Amulet, but my recommended Amulet shows what is reasonably achievable. Don't get hung up on the specifics. Use any damaging passives and any other useful Affixes.
  • If you get a GA Affix on Seal of the Second Trumpet for Judgement Double Damage, then you should put your Masterwork bonus there and that will allow En Guarde to go onto shield and Arbiter Cooldown Reduction to go onto Amulet for faster Aspect of Ascension stacks.

  • You should have enough Block Chance from gear and Skill Tree Passives to cap to 100%. If you don't, there is 6% more you can grab from the Beacon board.

Mercenary

How it Plays

  1. Cast and maintain Arbiter of Justice to mark enemies with Judgement and begin stacking Aspect of Celestial Strife and Aspect of Ascension. Re-cast this as soon as it's available at all times.
  2. Use Blessed Hammer as you move to pop Judgement constantly.
  3. Activate Consecration to increase the damage you deal and heal yourself.
  4. Defiance Aura is mostly for the passive benefits.
  5. Fanaticism Aura is great for the passive benefits, but use this constantly to maintain Weaken on enemies.
  6. Spam Spear of the Heavens constantly for additional damage. Make sure to aim this at the priority target such as elite mobs and bosses.

How it Works

This build utilizes various synergies around Judgement and Judicator.

  • Arbiter of Justice's Wing Strikes allow us to mark enemies quickly with Judgement.
  • Aspect of Celestial Strife and Aspect of Ascension build stacks as long as we maintain Arbiter of Justice for massive damage increase.
  • Judicator allows Core Skills such as Blessed Hammer to "pop" the Judgement.
  • The Keystone Passive Judgement Day makes marked enemies mark un-marked enemies with Judgement when the Judgement explodes which allows for our crazy damage chains.
  • Aspect of the Golden Hour makes our Judgements detonate other Judgements.
  • Aspect of the Judicator increases our Judgement size which adds to the crazyness.
  • Castle allows for insane damage stacking through Armor stacking, which also improves survivability.
  • The rest of the kit just builds into damage, survivability, and mobility.
