Pulverize is one of the strongest build of the Druid if not the strongest!
The Unique
Rotting Lightbringer allows
Pulverize to deal guaranteed Overpower damage without needing any Overpower sources. Combined with Shockwave, this can achieve more damage hits from a single
Pulverize cast. It greatly solves the original issue of
Pulverize lacking single target damage. In S10 the seasonal power Overabundance increase
Pulverizedamage even more.

Build Variants
Use this build once you've hit level 60 and unlocked Torment 1. It's perfect for progressing through Torments 1 to 4.
Requirements :
- Rotting Lightbringer - drops from Echo of Varshan, Urivar
- Brawn Over Brains seasonal power - drops from Bartuc (Infernal Hordes final boss)
Any extra Aspects or Seasonal Powers you acquire will give your build a significant boost in power.
This version doesn’t rely on Chaos Armor, as it’s often difficult to get them in the right slots. If you do manage to find them, feel free to use them and check the “Endgame Mythic” variant to see the Best-in-Slot setup.
Assigned Skills

Skill Rotation
- Before the fight, stack 6 Quickshift layers by alternating Pulverize (to enter Werebear) and Greet (to revert to human), then repeating until capped.
- Activate Grizzly Rage, and if needed, use Greet during it to refresh and reach 6 Quickshift stacks again.
- While fighting, move and cast Pulverize simultaneously (similar to ADC kiting in League); this is easy on controller, but PC players may need an extra strafing keybind.
- Against bosses, circle around to consistently hit 2+ poison pools with Pulverize for maximum damage.

Aspect & Uniques

Masterworking (MW) enhances an item's stats. Each MW rank boosts all affixes by 5%, but Ranks 4, 8, and 12 give a 25% bonus to one random affix.
- MW Rank 4 (blue): one affix gets a +25% bonus.
- MW Rank 8 (blue or yellow): a second +25% bonus is applied, if it hits the same affix again, it turns yellow.
- MW Rank 12 (blue, yellow, or orange): a third +25% bonus is applied, if an affix is hit three times, it turns orange.
Use the Masterworking menu at Blacksmiths. MW ranks can be reset if needed.
In this build, as you are leveling it doesn't matter too much, try to get 1-2 masterwork on the stats.
