We want to ALWAYS be in
Arbiter of Justice form. Since this version does not have
Arbiter of Justice ultimate on the skill bar we do that by utilizing the
Disciple oath. Every time we cast a Disciple skill with a cooldown it refreshes our
Arbiter of Justice form. So that means we need to cast
Condemn every 4~ seconds at the very least.
Since we are also using the
Aspect of Ascension and
Aspect of Celestial Strife, this means we have a ramp time. This build will start dealing max damage once the ramps are maxed out. For
Aspect of Ascension, this stacks to 10 and
Aspect of Celestial Strife maxes after 50 kills.
To help stay in perma-Arbiter form, make sure Arbiter temper on your boots is GA. Not to be confused with GA when Masterworking. This means when you temper (before qualitying at the Armorer), the value will show 67.5%. After you quality your boots, this number will jump to 78.7% without hitting Arbiter duration as the masterwork. If you masterwork Arbiter duration, it will jump to 100~% which is not needed. Make sure you also have the
Relentless Legendary node in the paragon board and to ALWAYS keep moving. This gives us 30% cooldown reduction which reflects on all of our skills.
If you're constantly out of Faith, that means you are spamming
Defiance Aura. Do not press that spell, unless you are Crowd Controlled. It eats thru Faith and does not need to be cast.
Crit Chance
Paladins are able to cap crit chance via
Fanaticism Aura and
Break the Line.
- The more ranks you have in
Fanaticism Aura, the higher your crit chance and attack speed will be. This number is multiplied by 4 as
Fanaticism Aura stacks a total of 4 times.
Example:
Fanaticism Aura with 1 rank is 2.0%. At 4 stacks, this gives 8.0% crit chance. At 5 ranks, it gives 2.8% per rank, or 11.2% crit chance.
Break the Line passive gives 2% crit chance per rank. Between using
Shroud of False Death and depending on how many ranks you have on your
Griswold's Opus, you can get up to 24% crit chance with 12 ranks (GA, Masterworked & 25 quality via Sanctification).
