The core of the build is using the early game damage from the Service and Sacrifice Skeleton Warrior upgrade for your Warriors and supplying that with the Bone Golem to spawn endless amounts of Corpses to fuel the Warriors.
The main Skill Point focus should be on 
Skeletal Warriors first, Golem second, and 
Skeletal Mages third.

Level 1 - 16
During the starting levels, focus on your 
Skeletal Mages Shadow for the best early game damage. These will be the main tool used to get through the start of the game until later unlocks
Level 16 - 25
Starting at level 16, the Service and Sacrifice Skeleton Warrior upgrade is unlocked for your Skeletal Warriors Skirmishers. Only 1 point will be put into your Mages and Golem, with all your remaining points focused on maximizing your Warriors skill ranks and upgrades.
25 - 60
Starting at leveling 25 we can start investing in 
Army of the Dead to pick up 
Unyielding Commander Army of the Dead. Only 1 point is needed in the ultimate as the damage is irrelevant and the cooldown does not change with level, so you can keep focusing points into your Warriors. This basic structure will take you all the way up to level 60.
