Incinerate Leveling 1-30 Early Game

If you're looking for a great starter build before hitting either Firewall + Bathed in Flame Hydra, or Static Field Blizzard, Incinerate is one of, if not the strongest and fastest leveling builds to level to (insert level), and this guide will teach you all you need to know to hit the ground running and do some massive early damage!

Note: This build falls off a cliff once you are level 30 as the scaling of incinerate and aspects do not support it nearly as well as Firewall + Hydra or Static Field Blizzard. Because of this, incinerate is not recommended until you have either Firewall or Static Field Blizzard unlocked.

Incinerate has some of the highest dps throughput in the early game, but when combined with the Fireball Enchantment, you will be absolutely melting anything in your path.

The idea of this build is really simple. Just get to level (insert level) so we can start putting together a more focused and effective build for getting to level 70. That means:

• No Aspects
• No Runes
• No Talisman's
• No Uniques

This functions purely on the base ability of Incinerate and the Fireball Enchantment With overpowers generated from Fire Bolt to increase Incinerate damage through Overpower Incinerate. This is how easy it is:

1. Cast Fire Bolt 2x
2. Cast Overpower Incinerate
3. Anything that dies from "Burning Damage" will explode thanks to the Fireball Enchantment.
4. Profit

Between this rotation, we will also be taking:

• Vulnerable Frost Nova -> This will give us a +20%[x] damage multiplier through Vulnerable
• Wormhole Teleport -> Gives us Double Teleport very early in the game, exceptional Mobility
