Firewall + 
Bathed in Flame Hydra, or 
Static Field Blizzard, 
Incinerate is one of, if not the strongest and fastest leveling builds to level to (insert level), and this guide will teach you all you need to know to hit the ground running and do some massive early damage!
Note: This build falls off a cliff once you are level 30 as the scaling of incinerate and aspects do not support it nearly as well as Firewall + 
Hydra or Static Field Blizzard. Because of this, incinerate is not recommended until you have either Firewall or Static Field Blizzard unlocked.
Incinerate has some of the highest dps throughput in the early game, but when combined with the 
Fireball Enchantment, you will be absolutely melting anything in your path.
