Build Overview

Welcome to MrRonit's Hammerdin Arbiter Lvl 1-60 guide - recreate the iconic paladin class from diablo 2 and crush the levelling process!!

This build combines Blessed Hammer and Arbiter of Justice to become the angel of the high heavens dominating the battlefield with wing strikes and orbiting hammers!

Arbiter form grants us tonnes of movement speed through Seraph's Wings Arbiter of Justice making levelling a breeze!

If you're struggling with faith generation - take off a skill for Holy Bolt (probably Fanaticism Aura)

Don't worry about gear or aspects too much - this build will work without any gear requirements!

Ideally use a 1h weapon + shield to benefit from the passives in the skill tree!

Aspect of Disobedience - more armor which is always great

Aspect of Voracious Rage - refunds faith when you used blessed hammer which makes it easier to ditch Holy Bolt

RNG Aspects to look for

Aspect of Tyrael's Jurisdiction is one to look out for in case it drops - it makes Arbiter form's winged strikes even crazier so definitely slot this on your amulet whilst levelling! Arbiter Winged Strikes are SUPER powerful whilst levelling!

Aspect of Holy Punishment boosts Blessed Hammer damage

Aspect of Lagera's Sovereignty boosts both Blessed Hammer and Winged Strike Damage!

Aspect of Ascension - amazing multiplicative damage bonus with 10 stacks, but have to keep up Falling Star and watch your Arbiter bar on screen to keep casting before it runs out!
