In the starter version, this is a great option before obtaining the full Old Mountain set. It increases your damage with the 2-piece bonus and also provides Damage Reduction with the 3-piece bonus. Replace it once you get a 5-slot charm and complete your full Old Mountain set
Gift of the Stag will help us regenerate Spirit while also increasing our maximum Spirit. This lets us scale Cataclysm damage even further thanks to the 
Ancestral Guidance node
Avian Wrath is the best option here. It increases our Critical Strike Damage by 20%
Calamity helps us increase the duration of Cataclysm
Obsidian Slam works perfectly in this build thanks to Tectonic Spikes Cataclysm, since Cataclysm is now considered an Earth skill
Calm Before the Storm is crucial for resetting Cataclysm. This allows us to keep using it repeatedly before its duration runs out

Hurricane with Wolves, since at these levels our Spirit regeneration is not very strong yet
