In terms of unique items we're using 
Mark of the Old Wolf. It boosts 
Rabies damage which directly buffs 
Lacerate 
Toxin Outburst Lacerate.
We're also running 
Dark Howl. This turns our 
Debilitating Roar into a werewolf skill and gives us a ton of damage. Plus it keeps us locked in werewolf form so we don't lose the buffs.
Mad Wolf's Glee lets Lacerate act as a core skill with no cooldown so we can spam it whenever we need.
Wildheart Hunger helps spread Rabies faster and ramps up the damage. It's strong but not required for the build to work.
For other strong options we have the Mythics. 
Ring of Starless Skies is insane with its damage multiplier and resource cost reduction but this season it's not the absolute strongest. If you want a Mythic specifically I'd go 
Heir of Perdition for almost double damage on most setups. And 
Harlequin Crest is great for extra ranks to both @Rabies and Lacerate which double dips our damage. The damage reduction on it is also pretty strong this season.
We're going with the 
Linta of the Red Wolf Moon. It's a powerful set for the werewolf and of course for the druid class overall. The two set bonuses just build up frenzy. But it really kicks in once you grab the five set bonuses because then you get Dash on all your werewolf skills. This means basically all our skills turn into teleports. We're gonna be faster than a sorcerer.
Then for standard Spirit generation on Spiritborns we're using this tag to get Spirit. Getting 10 Spirit per second is actually insane in this expansion. They haven't really nerfed the Spiritborns so some of these have weird numbers that feel a little overpowered. The 30% maximum life from 
Iron Feather is really OP. 
Avian Wrath gives a 40% critical strike damage multiplier and it's insane. 
Energize is probably the best way to get Spirit back this season so it's insane. And we run 
Masochistic of course.

For mercenaries, we always use Subo. He’s ideal for leveling too — he gives you movement speed and critical strike damage.
Our secondary mercenary is Varyana. Her Bloodthirst skill gives us some extra attack speed.
The way the build works is pretty simple. We stack a lot of poison with Rabies and then pop it with the Lacerate passive. Lacerate has been reworked and thanks to Mad Wolf's Glee it's now a core skill with no cooldown which makes it pretty good. This build is therefore one of the strongest for Druid this season. It can also jump on target with any skill from the Werewolf school meaning it's a very mobile class.
