Build Overview

Welcome to MrRonit's Blazing Scream Levelling Build! Blazing Scream is set to be one of the strongest skills in Season 15 and this build will take you seamlessly from 1-70 so you can transition to the endgame version without changing your playstyle much!

The levelling version relies on Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream along with Terror Swarm: Searing Infestation which both circle our character at all times meaning we can just run through enemies and destroy them!

By using Summon Abodian we can enter Demonform and then Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream extends the timer of Demonform meaning we have 100% uptime of Demonform, 100% uptime of Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream and through Warden Fragment we also have 100% uptime of Terror Swarm: Searing Infestation!

The build is split into two sections:

1) Lvl 1-15: We use Molten Bomb to generate wrath to spam normal Blazing Scream

2) Lvl 15 onwards: Here we unlock Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream and now can use the build as intended

No specific gear or items are required - they are all luxury to making your character feel more powerful early on!

Seasonal Uniques

Leoric's Crown is obtained very early on in the seasonal questline - put some sockets into it and insert splinters such as Splinter of Hellfire and Splinter of the Black Soulstone

Stealth can be made very easily by using Tal and Eth runewords (given from seasonal questline) with a normal rarity chest piece into the Horadric cube! It's really good for levelling as it gives movement and attack speed!

Stone of Jordan is a great ring you also get very early on in the seasonal questline!

N.B All Aspects are now RNG - you cannot farm them from dungeons

Edgemaster's Aspect - strong aspect as we are near max resource at all times

Crushing Aspect - strong as we are nearly always fortified thanks to Dark Prison: Fortify

Hellbent Commander Aspect, Aspect of Reanimation work well as Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream and Terror Swarm are summon skills

Demonic Aspect is great as Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream and Terror Swarm are demonology skills

Important Stats

Temper Movement Speed onto boots and amulet which will make you faster whilst levelling!

Uniques

Don't worry about uniques when levelling - they are absolutely not required, but there are some good ones to look for which will make levelling much much easier!

Season 15 - Splinters

You can get weaker versions of splinters whilst doing the seasonal questline and levelling!

Look for:

1) Splinter of Hellfire - we do not have much crit chance whilst levelling so go for the increased damage!

2) Splinter of Lies - survivability tends not to be an issue when levelling so use this for 25% more exp!

3) Splinter of the Black Soulstone - stacking bonus to damage!

N.B I highly recommend picking Splinter of Destruction (Baal) whilst you are levelling as it lets you unlock Undercity Warplan for more experience! This is fastest way to level and gain early paragon!

Talismans look for Practiced Technique Set whilst levelling for more EXP.

Look for stats such as Ranks to Demonology/Hellfire Skills on rare/set talismans

We can take off Molten Bomb now as Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream is very resource efficient!

Warden Fragment extends our Terror Swarm: Searing Infestation timer by consuming dominance, don't worry this is at a slow rate to keep Terror Swarm going for a long long time!

Rotation

1) Summon Abodian and use command Abodian to enter Demonform

2) Use Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream and Terror Swarm: Searing Infestation then start running through enemies

3) Dark Prison: Chain Aura whenever off cooldown for more survivability and use Profane Sentinel in the mix for more damage.

4) Nether Step for mobility whenever required

Repeat as needed if you fall out of demonform

Leveling Path

If you are level 1-15 then level path is not accurate as we respec 4 points at level 15! Use level 1-15 section if you are below level 15! Once you are level 15 onwards, the levelling path here is accurate!

At level 15 remove Molten Bomb, Molten Bomb: Area Bonus, Molten Bomb: Wrath and Molten Bomb: Brimstone Mortar. Put these 4 points into Blazing Scream!

You will unlock seasonal skill points faster than before SO you should max out Blazing Scream if you find yourself having extra skill points before unlocking the next level and the next skill/passive!

15) Blazing Scream: Orbital Scream and remove Molten Bomb, Molten Bomb: Area Bonus, Molten Bomb: Wrath and Molten Bomb: Brimstone Mortar. Put these 4 points into Blazing Scream!

Subo is insane for levelling as it gives you Mini-map information , Movement Speed and Critical Strike Damage Bonus.

Aldkin is your Reinforcement because Fields of Languish gives you 20% Damage Reduction which is good for survivability
