MrRonit's Blazing Scream Endgame PERFECTED

Uniques

1) Elegy provides the Skull Splitter variant of Blazing Scream for free and is required for the build! In S15 it also makes your smaller skulls deal the same damage as your bigger skull!

2) Temerity (in combination with Sadistic Aspect which got changed in S15 and provides healing on kill now) will provide tonnes of healing/barrier which will help counteract the burning damage of Metamorphosis: Destruction Demon

3) The Eightfold Idol activates Sigil of Subversion: Sigil of Lava whenever we cast Blazing Scream and enemies standing in the trails take more damage!

4) Moloch's Beating Flame is a huge damage boost

5) Hand of Apotheosis gives us all Metamorphosis variants for free!

6) Infernal Homunculus is another big damage multiplier

7) Leoric's Crown is the big chase item this season - you can put splinters into it and they become twice as potent. This will pair incredibly well with Splinter of Anguish, Splinter of the Black Soulstone or if you need survivability then Splinter of Pain!

8) Enigma - great defences, ranks to all skills and lets you teleport at will!

9) Stone of Jordan - lower damage multiplier than other options but makes you SO tanky when you stack a singular resistance! Very good to combat extra damage taken from Splinter of the Black Soulstone! In this build we stack fire resistance!

Aspects

1) Sadistic Aspect - initially place on to boots. Eventually you want to transfigure this on to amulet

2) Undying Aspect - more healing, place on boots. Combined with Sadistic Aspect and Temerity your survivability will be INSANE!

Splinters (S15 Mechanic)

Very powerful! I will list them in descending order of importance:

1. Splinter of the Black Soulstone gives a massive stacking bonus to damage. If you do not have Leoric's Crown then prioritise this in jewellery!
2. Splinter of Anguish - lots of crit chance and attack speed. What's not to like?!
3. Splinter of Pain gave insane survivability with huge amounts of damage reduction.
4. Splinter of Sin - more life! This also gives more damage through Metamorphosis: Damage Scaling!
5. Splinter of Lies - great for farming but makes you take more damage and you deal less damage, so only use when farming!

Gems/Runes

Nagu and TIR to solve all resource issues

Cir and Mot to use Dark Shroud for more damage reduction!

Ruby on weapons will give you a 32% fire damage multiplier which is insane! Also you can rubies to stack fire resistance for Stone of Jordan

Sapphire for armor for more Willpower if you need

General Tips

Stack Life as this will give you SO MUCH MULTIPLICATIVE DAMAGE through Damage Scaling Metamorphosis - this will also make you more tanky as well!

Stack Crit Chance, Crit Damage Multiplier, Ranks to Hellfire/Demonology/All Skills

Temper for Max Life, Resource Reduction/Lucky Hit for Resource, Critical Strike Damage

Transfiguration

Gem Strength in Leoric's Crown is the big chase this season - this will allow you to scale Splinter of the Black Soulstone and Splinter of Anguish to the maximum!

Fire Damage in other slots is a really good boost!

Phoba of Abaddon's Flesh set allows us to increase damage whilst in Demonform and also give us more maximum life

Phoba of the Nameless 3 set bonus gives us another huge damage boost - it's activated through The Eightfold Idol - and also more damage reduction

Seal of the Diamond Mind lets us get a 5 set and 3 set bonus with just 4 and 2 talismans respectively

Look for Ranks to Hellfire/Demonology Skills and if you're feeling lucky the second affix should be Maximum Life

Eventually you will want to replace one of your charms with Hellfire Torch which can substitute for one of your set items and gives 10-15% stats, resistances and 1-4 ranks to all skills! Make sure it has either Phoba of the Nameless or Phoba of Abaddon's Flesh set bonus (it can drop with other sets).

Use Baal Splinter of Destruction - this gives better XP through Undercity to power level paragon!
