Ring of Starless Skies combined with Resource Reduction + Chance to Gain Resource on Lucky Hit Tempers will really help with resource management when you are spamming Blazing Scream

Uniques

1) Elegy provides the Skull Splitter variant of Blazing Scream for free and is required for the build! In S15 it also makes your smaller skulls deal the same damage as your bigger skull!

2) Temerity (in combination with Sadistic Aspect which got changed in S15 and provides healing on kill now) will provide tonnes of healing/barrier which will help counteract the burning damage of Metamorphosis: Destruction Demon

3) The Eightfold Idol activates Sigil of Subversion: Sigil of Lava whenever we cast Blazing Scream and enemies standing in the trails take more damage!

4) Moloch's Beating Flame is a huge damage boost

5) Hand of Apotheosis gives us all Metamorphosis variants for free!

6) Infernal Homunculus is another big damage multiplier

7) Leoric's Crown is the big chase item this season - you can put splinters into it and they become twice as potent. This will pair incredibly well with Splinter of Anguish, Splinter of the Black Soulstone or if you need survivability then Splinter of Pain!

Aspects

1) Sadistic Aspect - initially place on to boots. Eventually you want to transfigure this on to amulet

2) 1) Aspect of Diabolical Armor - more damage reduction

3) Aspect of Fiendish Oppression - more damage!

Splinters (S15 Mechanic)

Very powerful! I will list them in descending order of importance:

1. Splinter of the Black Soulstone was insanely strong in PTR and gave a massive stacking bonus to damage. If you do not have Leoric's Crown then prioritise this in jewellery!
2. Splinter of Anguish - lots of crit chance and attack speed. What's not to like?!
3. Splinter of Pain gave insane survivability with huge amounts of damage reduction.
4. Splinter of Sin - more life! This also gives more damage through Metamorphosis: Damage Scaling!
5. Splinter of the Mother - free vulnerable

Gems/Runes

Igni and Kry to trigger Vortex and pull enemies in

Nagu and Ohm to trigger War Cry for a bit more damage. You could use Kel for Rally to give more movement speed and resource

Ruby on weapons will give you a 32% fire damage multiplier which is insane!

Sapphire for armor for more Willpower

General Tips

Stack Life as this will give you SO MUCH MULTIPLICATIVE DAMAGE through Damage Scaling Metamorphosis - this will also make you more tanky as well!

Stack Crit Chance, Crit Damage Multiplier, Ranks to Hellfire/Demonology/All Skills

Temper for Max Life, Resource Reduction/Lucky Hit for Resource, Critical Strike Damage

Phoba of Abaddon's Flesh set allows us to increase damage whilst in Demonform and also give us more maximum life

Phoba of the Nameless 3 set bonus gives us another huge damage boost - it's activated through The Eightfold Idol - and also more damage reduction

Seal of the Diamond Mind lets us get a 5 set and 3 set bonus with just 4 and 2 talismans respectively

Look for Ranks to Hellfire/Demonology Skills and if you're feeling lucky the second affix should be Maximum Life
