Build Overview

This build will be updated as i go during the Lord of Hatred launch.

Important: Omnibolt Lightning Storm has to be held and channeled! This is probably due to a bug but it seems to stack infinitely? Needs further testing. Tapping for sure does not work.

Omnibolt Lightning Storm + Avatar of Nature Grizzly Rage = Electric Bear Strom. Turns out giving a bear the power of lightning is pretty good! Switched to pentinent difficulty at lvl 15 with nothing. No relics, no gear, no legendaries, no uniques. Literally just me and OMNIM... wait no Omnibear. On no he will conquer Sanctuary! JK. Its a really good build that work right from the get go.

The puzzle pieces we are using are:

Omnibolt Lightning Storm as the main damage spell
Blood Howl for spirit, healing and unstoppable. + beserking uptime
Earthen Bulwark for defences, and a bit of overpower uptime.
Cyclone Armor to prevent swarming and for free resistances during leveling
Storm Hammer Storm Strike with Spirit Storm Strike for ranged spirit recovery
Avatar of Nature Grizzly Rage for a massive amount of more multiplier damage, free fortify and the asthetic.

Strengths and Weaknesses

VERY good leveling, especially for a druid
incredible DPS in AOE and Single target
very good defences
fast once you get going

channeled skill
slow movement speed at the start, gets better later
could potentially conquer sanctuary

For gear look for:

Willpower
Spirit Regeneration
Damage multipliers that fit your tags like all damag or lightning damage
Attack speed
Crit & Crit damage
Weapon damage
Ranks to Storm skills & Core skills
Movement speed

Temper:

Weapon/rings: All damage, storm damage, lightning damage, whatever is highest
Boots/amulet: Movement speed

Assumption: Lightning Storm is a HUMAN skill, so all human modifiers add to its damage evene in wearbear form.

The relic set is obtained through the compaign, use it whenever you get the pieces.

Everything is level locked, so pick up the core nodes and upgrade to each skill asap, while putting ranks into lightningstorm asap.

Subo: Maphack, vulnerablity, and movementspeed.

Raheir: Taunt and DR.

How it Plays

Early use Wind Shear for spirit restoration and Lightning Storm for damage.

Use Storm Strike to regen spirit when you need it.

Keep Earthen Bulwark up for the barrier

Use Blood Howl for beserk and life regen.

Use Cyclone Armor to push enemies away if they swarm you.

Use Avatar of Nature Grizzly Rage for a hefty damage boost.

Hold Omnibolt Lightning Storm to chagre up lightning storm and keep it that way. The damage grows the longer you hold the channel. Only tap it if you know you can oneshot enemies with a lower damage version.
