Tibault's Will alongside various rolls of Essence Regeneration and Lucky Hit Essence tempers are the main ways the build generates essence to power up the damage over time effects, with the unstoppable condition being met through Golem: Unstoppable.

Vengeful Sinew acts as a generic damage multiplier as the Desecrated Ground benefits from the multiplicative damage bonus from the passive. It is important to note tho that the second explosion does not trigger a second Desecrated Ground effect.

Blood-Mad Idol is the best in slot amulet for damage, however with major drawbacks to survivability, it is replaceable on the build if players wish to have more comfort over damage.

Fists of Fate when made into the mythic unique variant is the best in slot choice for gloves.

Leoric's Crown with Splinter of Hellfire acts as the seasonal power of choice, granting the build incredible amounts of damage and survivability for next to no cost.
