Blood Wave is back once again and remains one of the strongest Necromancer builds in Season 14. 
Hematolagnia Blood Wave converts Blood Wave into a Core Skill, allowing you to spam it with no cooldown while scaling enormous Overpower damage.
This version also features an "Immortal" setup utilizing 
Embattled Aspecttogether with 
Endurant Faith, turning incoming burst damage into healing through massive Fortify generation.
How It Works
Hematolagnia transforms Blood Wave into a Core Skill that costs Essence instead of having a cooldown.
Because of this, the build revolves around solving Essence generation through:
- Essence Cost Reduction
- Essence Regeneration
- Chance to Restore Primary Resource
- Ring of Starless Skies
Once solved, Blood Wave becomes completely spammable.
Gameplay Tips
Blood Lance every 5 seconds to refresh 
Bloodbath.- Keep
Bone Prison on elites and bosses. - Use
Blood Mist often for corpse consumption. 
Sever is primarily a mobility skill.- Don't worry about
Reap unless Essence becomes an issue.
