Inhibitor can apply a damage reduction and anti heal to enemies you hit with your gun.

Dispel Magic is good to use against teams with a lot of stuns or teams with a lot of debuffs.
Counterspell is used to parry nearly every spell in the game, and will allow you to dodge ultimates or stuns that are targeting you.
Metal Skin buy this item if you are going against high gun damaging carries.
Plated Armor will let you live a lot longer in fights.
Spellbreaker good against heavy spirit nukers and stuns.
Armor Piercing Rounds is good against heavy bullet resist and bullet evasion.
Juggernaut is good against gun carries.
