Unlock Location:
- Progress through the story until reaching "Enter the Electi" a Side Quest in Carcadia Burn area.
- You will encounter Leader Willem, the boss that drops
Zipper.
Farm Method:
- Defeat Leader Willem and finish the Side Quest mission.
- Use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat Leader Willem until Zipper drops.
