Unlock Location:

• Progress through the story until reaching "Enter the Electi" a Side Quest in Carcadia Burn area.
• You will encounter Leader Willem, the boss that drops Zipper.

Farm Method:

• Defeat Leader Willem and finish the Side Quest mission.
• Use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
• Repeatedly defeat Leader Willem until Zipper drops.
