- Head to The Howl sub-region, on the western side of the Fadefields.
- Delve inside the Blacklime Bunker.
Farm Method:
- Defeat the Core Observer for a chance at getting
Bully. - Use the Encore Machine to repeatedly farm until you get your ideal drop.
