Containment Breach is used for bossing.
For mobbing, I could see 
Special Purpose Magnets or 
Field Research
Voidstar could be an interesting option for the InitialCHROMA Accelerator hit.
If 
Make Extraordinary isn't good in reality just move it to 
Alternative Fuel Source.
If you have a consistent way to recharge your shield then 
Distribution Function isn't neccessary, so move 6 points from that tree to 
Decoherence or Alternative Fuel Source.
Notes
Switch to a low level high fire rate gun to get 
Confirmative Reality when your Action Skill is down
Try to keep your shield up (by playing carefully and dodging enemy attack) for Alternative Fuel Source.
