Build Overview

This Amon build utlizes the brand new Heimdahl Ordnance, a Rocket that homes in on enemies automatically, resulting in numerous hard hitting attacks. While this build can go wrong if you're not careful, it is EXTREMELY POWERFUL.

For our classmod, we will be running the Icebringer com for Amon, with hopes we get as many points as possible into the Tail of the Comet for maximum Ordnance DOTs on hit. This is our main source of melt power.

Bonus points if the passives on your class mod boost Ordnance Damage or Crit Chance

With our Enhancement slot, the choice here is not important since we don't go after a specific primary weapon, so just aim for anything with the Gun Damage passive.

Of course our Ordnance slot is dedicated to the brand new DLC Exclusive Heimdahl, and we're after a Kinetic roll here. Try to go for the max damage roll (which is currently at the time of posting, 19,485, with 3 shots)

For our Rep Kit, we specifically want any Kit with Amp, and Elemental Affinity on it. We'll use this at the start of encounters to boost our initial DPS from the jump.

Lastly, we use the ol' reliable Watts 4 Dinner for the bonus Shock damage. We are looking for the Siphon augment on the shield, as we are NOT running Ballistic Bulwark in this build. Without Siphon, we have no way of gaining overshield properly.

Gameplay

When the encounter starts, pop your repkit, and then follow it up with your action skill. From here, you'll shoot two shots out of your Heimdahl. Because we have a point into Primal Surge, we shouldn't be waiting long for our ammo to fully recharge, at which point we continue our assault.

IF you're having ammo issues, I recommend taking some points out of Ancient Ways and putting them into Primal Surge for stronger ammo recovery.
