Watts 4 Dinner you will need to kill an enemy known as Origo, which can be found in the Terminus Range VaultWatts 4 Dinner is one of three possible drops in the loot pool, and can also be found as a world drop from any enemy/boss in the game.webp)

This shield is noted by most players to be one of the strongest shields in Borderlands 4, due to the synergies it has with various playstyles that favor a high shield capacity.
If you're playing 
Amon, you should take note that the boosters from the Watts 4 Dinner have great synergy with his 
Ballistic Bulwark skill, which also gives the player an overshield.
