As part of its endgame content - Borderlands 4 introduces Primordial Vaults as a playable dungeon with multiple stages as well as challenging boss at the end of it that you can slay for some powerful loot.
However in order to get access to these Vaults, you need to first find the 3 corresponding Vault Fragments to unlock the Vault. Each major region has a Vault - The Fadefields, Carcadia Burn and Terminus Range
This guide is going to help you find all the fragments hiding across Kairos to get you looting and shooting in no time!

Fadefields
Fadefields Vault Fragment Locations
Since all players start in the lush landscape of the Fadefields, it makes sense to start our fragment hunting here.
Fragment 1 - The Howl
The Vault Fragment for The Howl is tucked away in a cave that you can find North East of "The Launchpad". You'll find the Vault Fragment sitting on a stone pedestal near the back of the cave. This fragment is most easily accessible from "The Launchpad" faction town, which is the home of our Outbounder friends.

Fragment 2 - Coastal Bonescape
For this Fragment, head to the Stillshore point of interest - a small coastal village with some ripper enemes scattered around it. Slay them all and you'll find the Vault Fragment sitting on a crate out the back of one of the buildings. To get to this one easily, starting from the "Abandoned Post" safehouse is your best bet.

Fragment 3 - Idolator's Noose
The final Vault Fragment for the Fadefields can be found in Idolators Noose, smack bang inside Rosemary's Reserve. This location isn't as obvious, as you'll need to find a pipe with a grate on it that you can pull off with your grapple. Slipping inside, you can find the Vault Fragment tucked away in one of the back corners.

Carcadia Burn
Carcadia Burn Vault Fragment Locations
Fragment 1 - Ruined Sumplands
To kick off our hunt for Vault Fragments in Carcadia Burn, we find ourselves in the Ruined Sumplands - a location hidden away in the North West section of the map. The Fragment itself is tucked away near the waters edge at the base of a hill. To get to this location easily, head North East of Hull's Handbasket. Look for a cluster of rocks with some gold spheres and you're in the right position. The easiest way to find this fragment is from the "Judgements Lapse" silo.

Fragment 2 - Tonnage Peel
The location for this Vault Fragment is within a huge ship-wreck, so it's not a hard thing to miss. Once you enter, you'll find a grate at the back of the room which you can pull off with your grapple. Dropping into it, you'll find the fragment in the back of the cave. A good starting point to find this one is from the "Site Unseen" silo

Fragment 3 - Lopside
This one is the easiest fragment to find, simply sitting at the top of a fuel station on a crate. The easiest way to find this one is from the "Makeshift Chalet" safehouse. Drive on over from the safehouse and mantle your way up to the top of the station. The fragment should be staring you in the face.

Terminus Range

Fragment 1 - Cuspid Climb
This fragment is tucked away in a cave perched on top of a cliff. Fly on over from "The Reliquary" silo and land on top of the cliff closest. Head through the cave and you'll find the fragment at the top.

Fragment 2 - The Low Leys
The location for this fragment is perched on top of a rock face which you can clamber over. Once you get to The Low Leys, find a dead tree at the base of a rockslide. Once you climb over this, you can find a grapple point above you. Zip up and you'll find the fragment waiting for you. Head here from the "Snowy Wells" safehouse for the easiest route.

Fragment 3 - Windspear
This fragment is located inside the belly of an Order base at a computer terminal. Drive on over from the "Heritage Opus" safehouse and head to the left side of the building. Once you enter, head to the computer terminal room and you'll find the fragment on a table.
