Overview

This guide is under construction and new information is constantly being added.

The Borderlands 4 Bounty Pack 2: Legend Of The Stone Demon includes all-new Legendaries for players to find, and also ones that can be claimed from the new Vault Card.

Alongside this, there's also the new Pearlescent rarity! One of these Pearls is tied to owning the DLC.

In this guide, I'll be breaking down the effects, acquirable licenses and the best rolls for each of these new items!

Squeaky Clean - Shoots bubbles with a varying degree of size and projectile speed.

Mechanics

  • Bubble size does not affect damage.
  • Increases to Splash Radius only apply to the size of the impact, and do not affect bubble size while floating.
  • Projectile Speed boosts (like Gun Handling) affect bubble travel speed.

Doer - Fires 5 shots in full-auto on a trigger pull.

Mechanics

  • Magazine Size boosts won't increase the burst count.
    • Ripper (Charge Mag) can override this mechanic and give it a very high magazine size that can be shot full-auto by holding the trigger as usual.
    • COV (Unlimited Mag) grants a large magazine, but does not bypass the burst mechanic.

Fleabag Torgue Assault Rifle

Ringleader - Sticky Projectiles move to the most recently hit target.

Mechanics

The Fleabag stickies have a longer fuse timer than the usual 10 seconds, instead lasting for around 15 seconds before they auto-detonate.

Stickies will attempt to move to any new valid target that was damaged by a Gun Damage source, even if they were shot at the ground or objects.

  • On hitting a target, it will receive Sticky Impact damage. When the stickies are pulled from that target to another, they will cause Sticky Detonation damage on the original target, and Sticky Impact on the new.
    • Ringleader works with Jakobs (Ricochet Accessory), including the Bounce Pass and Leaper Jakobs Enhancement effects.
    • This makes Jakobs (Ricochet Accessory) usable to great effect against single targets on this gun.

Timed Charge - Projectiles explode when releasing the trigger

Mechanics

Damage of the Explosion and the post-explosion Pulses is increased depending on how long the projectile was active for before detonating (or possibly on distance traveled?).

At maximum,

  • The explosion hits for x1.8 Card Damage
  • The pulses hit for x0.30 Card Damage
    • The explosion and pulses through the Gun Damage Formula as usual
    • They are not affected by sources Shield Amp, Repkit Amp or Flat Amp.

Tediore Shooting

  • Tediore Throws are currently bugged on this gun, but if it's ever fixed it will have one of the strongest throws in the game.

Handcannon Torgue Pistol

Handcannon

Dangerous toys are fun, but you could get hurt.

Click Boom Boom - Sticky Projectiles deal Damage while attached to targets. Sticky fuse timer before auto-detonation is 5 seconds.

Mechanics

The Click Boom Boom special effect ticks 5 times over 5 seconds. Each tick uses 10% Card Damage as Base Damage. After the 6 second fuse passes, the stickies will explode, going through the usual Sticky Detonation formula.

  • Stacking multiple stickies on the same target does not increase individual tick damage, but will create additional tick instances.
  • The ticks are considered gun hits and can trigger gun-related effects. They go through the normal Gun Formula and receive all boosts, including Amp.

Even though the weapon card does not display a Sticky Multiplier per number of attached stickies value like on other Torgue guns, the weapon still receives normal access to it, with lower magazine sizes having a higher multiplier, as per usual.

  • Since the fuse is 6s instead of the usual 10s, the player has to manually detonate much sooner, since auto-detonations do not benefit from the Sticky Multiplier.
  • All damage boosts apply in accordance to the Torgue Sticky formula.
    • Gear Crit affects everything except the Click Boom Boom ticks from the Stickies.

Mercredi Daedalus Assault Rifle

Lord Tuesday wishes to speak of burgers.

Cyclical - Cycles between different firing styles on Reload. While Target-locked, gain a stacking buff that grants +50% Damage per stack.

  • The Cyclical damage boost builds up over-time while the Atlas Target Lock is active, and then falls off stack-by-stack when Target lock ends.
    • 1 Stack is received for every 2 seconds of an Atlas Target Lock being active.
    • Buff is lost on weapon swap.

Mechanics

  • The Cyclical +50% Damage Boost is a pure multiplier, and stacks up to 250%.
  • The Mercredi does not currently have access to On-Hit Gun Damage boosts and does not stack or trigger gun-related skills or effects.
    • However, if the player uses any of Tier 3 High Caliber, Torgue (Impact Mag) or Torgue (Sticky Mag), the gun starts receiving the appropriate boosts.

The Cyclical firing styles/modes are represented in your buff UI when you reload, and their effects are the following:

Fleet Footed - Bullet Damage scales with Movement Speed

Mechanics

The Fleet Footed damage boost is a pure multiplier.

  • Standing still incurs a 50% (x0.5) damage penalty.
  • Walking removes the penalty, resulting in a neutral (x1) boost.
  • At sliding speed, a ~x1.5 damage boost was observed.
  • At dashing speed, a x3.5 damage boost was observed.
    • Dashing is very inconsistent.

The damage boost does not apply to Tediore Reload Explosions or any Underbarrel attachments.

The damage boost is snapshotted On Shot when applied to Torgue Stickies, which will then go through the Sticky Formula as usual.

Aweful Lot - On Auto-Reload, grants a Stacks of Exhilaration. Each Stack of Exhilaration increases the number of possible Ricochets by 1. Resets on manual Reload.

  • Also resets on weapon swaps.

Mechanics

  • Exhilaration stacks up to 5 times, resulting in a maximum of 5 additional ricochets.
    • Great synergy with Shotgun Mode Daedalus (Underbarrel/Multi-Loader) + Torgue (Impact Mag).

Funnel - Heals N to nearby enemies to deal an additional N Damage per enemy healed

Mechanics

Adds N × Amount of Enemies Healed damage to a shot as gun damage.

  • The actual healing also benefits from On Shot damage boosts, including Amp, Blood Shot and Gamma Ray Burst.
  • The added damage is treated as a new instance (much like a Bonus Element), being able to individually stack and trigger effects like Riddle You This.

Underbarrel attachments and Tediore (Throw on Reload) do not cause or benefit from the special effect.

Mechanics

The missile projectiles are considered gun damage, benefitting from On-Hit Gun Damage and triggering gun-related skills.

  • The Flares and Grenade Impact are not considered gun damage. MIRVs, if present, also aren't.
