Build Overview

This build 1 shots everything with shotguns, ranging from the tankiest bosses in the game, to bad-ass enemies when mobbing. Mainly just abusing Dragon's Breath which gives you a disgusting amount of extra damage after using your knife which pairs perfectly with a Penetrator Augment throwing knife. We then stack a whole bunch of extra damage for one shot, via an amp shield, amp repkit, and using a spread launcher underbarrel shotgun for the insane burst damage. If the boss somehow lives the initial hit, we can activate our forge skill to hit for millions with Force of Nature

For mobbing, our trusty Hot Slugger takes care of everything for us with tons of ricochets, insane on hit damage synergizing perfectly with Dragon's Breath

Guns:
mobbing: Hot Slugger
Bossing: Jakobs Shotty w/ 'Spread Launcher' underbarrel for bossing - alternatively can use the Oscar Mike but I personally don't enjoy using it as much and it requires more boss dps min-maxing

Shield
Any shield with amp for bosses, for mobbing I like the Firewerks or Super Soldier

Class Mod:
Furnace, try to get +5 into Dragon's Breath and +1-2 into Raging Inferno for more boss dps. It'll always roll with incendiary damage, ideally you'd get shotgun damage or gun damage in addition

Repkit:
Anything with 200% amp, ideally 2 charges

Ordnance:
Penetrator Augment throwing knife full stop

Enhancement:
Mobbing: Jakobs w/ Bounce Pass & any gun/shotgun damage
Bossing: Jakobs w/ Sequencer & any gun/shotgun damage

Hot Slugger = 'Callous', Order Bunker, Craven's Nook
Furnace = 'Idolator Sol' - Fortress Indomita, Fadefields
Firewerks = 'Splashzone' - Coastal Bonescape, Fadefields
Super Soldier 'Vile Lictor - His Vile Sanctum, Umbral Foundry
