This Rafa Leveling Build focuses on using lots of corrosive damage to ramp up Rafa's melee and ranged capabilities. The bulk of the damage comes from 
Arc-Knives by layering in Corrosive from 
Altered Cabron and 
Galvanic Panic. These two will give us tankiness but also bursts of corrosive damage as well as movement speed.

We'll be investing ALL of our points in Arc-Knives, but feel free to remove stuff that fits your playstyle better!
The trick here is to use Arc-Knives and have as much corrosive damage cascade from things such as:
El Borracho which will buff up Arc's Corrosive damage;
Blowout which will cause Corrosive explosions whenever we crit
Altered Cabron which will give us health, but also Corrosive explosions when we gain health namely lifesteal from 
Saldar;
Lastly, 
Midnight Oil will give us 5% MORE corrosive damage PER second of our Active skill being up. With 
Empuje we'll get 31 second up-time for Arc-Knives which should result in 155% more Corrosive Damage. I'm not smart enough to tell you how much more damage 
Cruel Accrual and El Borracho factors into that, but it's disgusting.
