Pogranichnik Chen Qianyu Akekuri Catcher

F2P Friendly team that uses focus on SP generation and Physical Status. Estella can replace Catcher since Akekuri allows her to trigger Solidification for her Combo Skill.

Pogranichnik Lifeng Chen Qianyu Endministrator

Currently the best Physical Team in the game. Pogranichnik can apply breach and Lifeng can apply susceptibility to increase the damage of all other operators in your team. Once everything is in place, use the Endmin (and Chen) to deal massive damage to enemies. Chen is amazing for Vulnerable applications but, most importantly, her Ultimate doesn't apply Physical Status to enemies, which allows her to benefit from Realspace Stasis and leave the Crystals on the enemy for Endmin's Battle Skill.

Can I use Da Pan instead?

Yes, Endministrator and Da Pan are close to each other (assuming Da Pan is P5). They both fulfill the same role of consuming Vulnerable stacks for massive damage, but each has its own playstyle. Endmin rotations are more complex, while Da Pan is generally more straightforward. So basically, just pick the one you enjoy the most.

Weapons

• Best-in-Slot: Thermite Cutter
• Alt: Never Rest
• F2P: Fortmaker

While Pogranichnik's Signature (Never Rest) synergizes perfectly with him, DMG% effects are widely available and this dilutes the value of the weapon. Because of that, Thermite Cutter is a better option for him. Both weapons gives similar stats, but Thermite Cutter ATK% buff has a higher impact in the current state of the game. This could change in the future as new Gear Sets and Operators are added to the game.

In case none of these options are available for you, Fortmaker is recommended for Ultimate Gain Efficiency and Arts Efficiency. Pogranichnik Damage will drop considerably, but that's not his priority anyway.

Note: It's highly recommended to get Thermite Cutter from your Weapon Selector due to it's high flexibility and value for any team.

Gear

General Use

• Kit 1: Frontiers Extra O2 Tube
• Kit 2: Frontiers Extra O2 Tube

Frontiers is always a valid option for Vanguards. It's an universal option that works with any playstyle and any team as long as you can generate SP. But you're usually playing Pogranichnik in Physical teams and there's a better option for this.

Max Breach Value

• Gear Set: Pulser Labs
• Armor: Pulser Labs Disruptor Suit
• Gloves: Eternal Xiranite Gloves T1
• Kit 1: Pulser Labs Calibrator
• Kit 2: Pulser Labs Calibrator

While this looks a weird choice, Pulser Labs individual pieces and Gear Set effect provides Arts Intensity, which increases the Damage increase from Breach. It's a really strong choice for Physical teams, assuming you can manage your resources to deal enough damage while the enemy is Breached.

Combo Skill = Ultimate > Battle Skill > Basic Attack

Since Pogranichnik is a Vanguard, leveling up your DPS skills is still the top priority.

All Pogranichnik’s Potentials are good, it increases both the SP generation for your team and Pogranichnik’s damage.

• Potential 1 makes Pogranichnik slightly better when dealing against multiple enemies.
• Potential 2 are just stats, nothing to talk about.
• Potential 3 improves The Living Banner, which is great for better Breaches and team damage.
• Potential 4 reduces the cost of your Ultimate, increasing Pogranichnik’s SP Generation.
• Potential 5 reduces the cooldown and increases the SP Generation of his Combo Skill.

Keep in mind that vertically investing in Arknights Endfield is not recommended and you should treat these as a bonus damage/utility for your Operator.

Just like the Endministrator, Pogranichnik want as many Vulnerable Stacks as possible before using his Battle Skill, but the difference is that while the Endministrator Crushes enemies, Pogranichnik consumes it to enhance his Combo Skill, recover SP and also Breach enemies, increasing the Physical Damage from your team.

His Combo Skill triggers after Crush or Breach consumes Vulnerable Stacks, and the damage and SP recovered by it scales with the number of Vulnerable Stacks consumed by this Crush or Breach. So ideally you want to fully stack Vulnerable before using his Battle Skill to consume these Stacks and follow up with his Combo Skill for even more SP generation.

The Ultimate generates even more SPs for you while also dealing damage to enemies, it’s great and you should use it as soon as possible so you can start building up another Ultimate.

His Combat Talents increase the ATK and Arts Intensity of Pogranichnik after recovering SPs. Teammates that apply Vulnerable Stacks during Pogranichnik Ultimate will also benefit from this buff.

The gameplan is really straightforward. Use other Operators to apply 4 Vulnerable Stacks to the enemy and then use Pogranichnik Battle Skill to consume these stacks and follow up with his Combo Skill for a lot of SP generation. Use his Ultimate if available and repeat this cycle again.

Pogranichnik will release on January 22nd, 2026 along with the release of Arknights: Endfield.

Pogranichnik is a Standard Operator, meaning they are permanently available through the gacha system.
