Chen Qianyu
Lifeng
Endministrator
Akekuri
A F2P approach for those lacking Pogranichnik. Akekuri benefits from the extra stagger from Physical Statuses, and the extra SP is much appreciated on this team.
Pogranichnik
Lifeng
Endministrator
Chen Qianyu
Currently the best Physical Team in the game. Pogranichnik can apply breach and Lifeng can apply susceptibility to increase the damage of all other operators in your team. Once everything is in place, use the Endmin (and Chen) to deal massive damage to enemies. Chen is amazing for Vulnerable applications but, most importantly, her Ultimate doesn't apply Physical Status to enemies, which allows her to benefit from Realspace Stasis and leave the Crystals on the enemy for Endmin's Battle Skill.
Yes,
Endministrator and
Da Pan are close to each other (assuming Da Pan is P5). They both fulfill the same role of consuming Vulnerable stacks for massive damage, but each has its own playstyle. Endmin rotations are more complex, while Da Pan is generally more straightforward. So basically, just pick the one you enjoy the most.
All Lifeng Teams
Mountain Bearer
Valiant
Chimeric JusticeLifeng’s Signature offers a lot of increased damage against Vulnerable enemies and increases All Attributes after applying Physical Susceptibility or Knocking Down enemies, which is really good for Lifeng as his Combat Talent allows Will and Intellect to increase his ATK.
If you don’t have Mountain Bearer, Valiant is also an amazing option for Lifeng, as he can apply a lot of Physical Status to enemies for extra instances of damage from the weapon. Valiant is available in the 6-Star Weapon Selector, but
Thermite Cutter is also in the box which can be used for
Pogranichnik and other Vanguards, making it arguably the safer choice.
Chimeric Justice is a decent option with good availability, making it the F2P option if you don't go for the premium options. The Main Stat is Strength (secondary), which isn't ideal, and the passive effect is at odds with Lifeng's kit. Even still, it's overall a solid option.
Eternal Xiranite
Eternal Xiranite Armor
Eternal Xiranite Gloves
Eternal Xiranite Power Core
Swordmancer FlintSince Lifeng can apply Susceptibility on enemies, Eternal Xiranite is a solid option that increases the damage of your team. While the stats are not that great for Lifeng, Illumination allows him to benefit from Intellect/Will and the individual pieces give Ultimate Gain Efficiency.
You can adjust the Ultimate Gain Efficiency as needed, for example, replacing
Swordmancer Flint with another
Eternal Xiranite Power Core or
Eternal Xiranite Armor with
Bonekrusha Heavy Armor.
Swordmancer
Swordmancer Heavy Armor
Swordmancer TAC Fists
Swordmancer Flint
Bonekrusha MaskIn cases where Ultimate Gain Efficiency is not needed, the Swordmancer set can be used instead. The stats are much better for Lifeng's Damage and the extra stagger efficiency means you can make use of stagger damage increase more consistently. However, it's important to keep in mind that you will lose the
Eternal Xiranite effect for your whole squad, which can hurt your overall team DPS.
If some Ultimate Gain Efficiency is needed, you can replace
Bonekrusha Mask with another
Swordmancer Flint, and replace
Swordmancer Heavy Armor with
Bonekrusha Heavy Armor.
Battle Skill > Ultimate = Combo Skill > Basic Attack
As a DPS, all of Lifeng’s Skills are important for your damage, level them up as you can.
All of Lifeng’s Potentials are good and increase his Damage Potential.
Potential 1 adds a good Quality of Life and more flexibility to your rotations, as you don’t need Lifeng to be the first to apply Vulnerable to enemies anymore.
Potential 2 just gives stats for Lifeng, nothing to talk about here.
Potential 3 improves Lifeng’s Talent and makes Intellect and Will just as good as his secondary stat.
Potential 4 reduces the cost of his Ultimate, meaning more damage, Vulnerable applications and reduces how much Ultimate Gain Efficiency you need for consistent rotations.
Potential 5 gives a slightly worse Swordmancer Gear Set effect to him, it’s the same damage but without the stagger. It's still extra damage and it's always welcome.
Keep in mind that vertically investing in Arknights Endfield is not recommended and you should treat these as a bonus damage/utility for your Operator.
Lifeng wants to be the first to start the combat with his Battle Skill, since it applies Physical Susceptibility to enemies without Vulnerable stacks. This allows him and other teammates to deal extra damage while stacking more Vulnerable stacks. Final Strikes against enemies under Physical Susceptibility or Breach triggers his Combo Skill, which deals damage and grants Link to Lifeng.
Link is really important as it increases the damage of future Battle Skills and Ultimates, but Lifeng goes even further: Consuming Link unlocks an additional hit on his Ultimate that deals massive damage to enemies. That’s not to mention that, even without Link, his Ultimate triggers Knockdown two times, applying 2 Vulnerable stacks and triggering his Combat Talent two times, dealing extra damage to enemies.
Start combat with Lifeng’s Battle Skill to apply Physical Susceptibility, do a Final Strike to trigger his Combo Skill, then use his Ultimate for damage and Vulnerable stacks and use someone else to consume these stacks. If you don’t have Lifeng’s Ultimate, just use other operators to apply Vulnerable and consume with Endmin/Da Pan/Pogranichnik. Keep in mind you get Link right after using his Combo Skill and both Battle Skill and Ultimate will consume Link when used, so make sure to use his Combo Skill right before your Ultimate.
Lifeng will release on January 22nd, 2026 along with the release of Arknights: Endfield.
Lifeng is a Standard Operator, meaning they are permanently available through the gacha system.
