Don’t Ignore Antal just because he’s a 4-Star. Antal is a specialist and a really great one. He’s not going to deal a lot of damage and can’t even apply Inflictions by himself, but if you like Heat and Electric Operators, he’ll be your best friend, at least for now.

How to Play
Antal is all about increasing the damage of Electric and Heat Operators thanks to the amazing tools in his kit. The Battle Skill applies Focus to a single enemy. This debuff applies Heat and Electric Susceptibility to enemies, but It’s important to note that this debuff can only be active on a single enemy at a time.
Combo Skill is easy to trigger as it only requires an enemy under Focus to suffer from an Physical Status on Arts Infliction. Activating it adds one stack of this Physical or Arts Infliction on the enemy. This is the only way Antal can apply Inflictions to enemies and requires someone else to apply an Infliction or Vulnerable to enemies.
His Ultimate is purely supportive and applies Heat and Electric Amp to the entire team, which greatly increases the damage of these two Elements. His Combat Talent also heals Amped teammates after they use a Skill to deal damage to enemies. It has a long cooldown but it’s extra utility for your team without changing your gameplay.
Due to the lack of AoE and the fact that Focus can only be applied to a single enemy at a time, Antal is best used against Bosses or any single target content. Antal’s gameplay is really straightforward: Apply Focus to the enemy and enjoy extra Inflictions whenever his Combo Skill triggers. Use the Ultimate before spending resources on your other Operators and that’s it.
Release Date
Antal will release on January 22nd, 2026 along with the release of Arknights: Endfield.
Antal is a Standard Operator, meaning they are permanently available through the gacha system.
