Piper role here is as an enabler for Vivian, maximizing her abloom damage output, utilizing her EX dash cancel to proc abloom with cheap energy, fast procing ether disorders, and gives a bit of buffing capability.
With Practiced Perfection, Piper personal damage will be quite high and making her role change from "Vivian disorder partner and abloom enabler" to "also a good subDPS". because of the AM stat, Piper now better to use ATK disc 6.

Yuzuha alternative W-Engine would be Weeping Cradle or Kaboom the Cannon, but the damage difference is quite high between her signature, since the AP boost matters a lot for Vivian damage output.
You should use AP disc 4 on Yuzuha If you have enough ATK substats to get ~3000 ATK, as it minimize the physycal anomaly dilution caused by her own anomlay buildup.
You can also use 4pc Swing Jazz here, but Proto Punk buff uptime is better, and you can't use the double Vivian chain stun rotation if you want to maximize 4pc Swing Jazz uptime.

More than 50% of the damage is done by Vivian anomaly damage (Corruption, ether disorders, and abloom). So her having as high AP as possible is preferable. I find that AP substats for her weight twice more valuable for her than ATK%.
Flight of Fancy is really needed in this rotation, without the 40% buildup buff, she will not proc corruption off-field smoothly for alternating disorders. Without it, you'll need other buildup buff to compensate for it, like M2 Yuzuha for example.

How to Play & Additional Tips
To utilize the Artful buff and optimize the damage output as high as possible, disorder chain rotation with fast and alternating disorder is the best scheme for this team. This should be doable for the team, as Piper has a really high buildup rate, and Vivian abloom off field buildup, helped by Yuzuha aftershock, will suffice the corruption procs.
The best way to optimize the damage againts the fiend is to maximize the anomaly damage through Vivian abloom count. Getting high Vivian abloom count is possible by getting her defensive assists (+2 feathers), and use up all of Vivian abloom with Piper EX dash cancel tech, so when Vivian use her ultimate, there is no overflow feathers (overflow feathers = wasted damage).
Its possible to get 3 stun window on fiend with this team, although it requires a lot of luck hoping that the fiend will always give yellow glint after every assault for defensive assists, as the daze from the follow up (buffed by the flich effect from the assault!) will help achieve the stun window timing target (2:30 for 1st stun, 1:00 for 2nd stun, 0:15 for 3rd stun), but it does requires a lot of reset. Without 3rd stun rotation, the next best thing to do is to aim as high of disorder count as possible.
